What was the highlight of Hotel Valentino Palace Roma
Great small hotel, perfect for travelling couples.
The hotel must have been renovated not long ago. Everything was new and in good order. The bed was exceptionally great with a good firm mattress and perfect pillows. The location was great, very close to Termini which made the train ride from the airport to the hotel a breeze.
The WiFi coverage was ok, not perfect, but ok. However, the actual Internet connection was horrible and most people would get a better connection directly on their phone.

Very Good
The staff was delightful and allowed us to check in an hour early. The location is right next to the train station, which was convenient upon arrival and departure. The rooms are nice and clean.
The city tax had to be paid in cash upon check-in. It would have been helpful to know this and the cost beforehand.

Close to train terminal.
Beds are hard and not comfortable at all. Bath needs hooks for towels and shelf for accessories.
